WHAT EXACTLY IS A MOBILE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE?
A mobile massage experience provides you with the option to receive a therapeutic massage in the comfort of your own home or location of your choosing. There are many benefits to receiving a massage in this manner and some of the most popular benefits are:

MORE HANDS-ON TIME: When receiving an in-home massage, your therapist will have more time to provide a longer and more soothing experience. Why, you ask? Well, we're simply not restricted to the strict time limits that must be adhered to at a massage facility. This, highly, works in your favor, trust me!

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY EXPERIENCE?
In order to prepare yourself for the best massage experience, here are a few things to consider prior to your session.
Stay hydrated. It is important to drink lots of water prior to and after your massage experience, especially if deeper work is performed.
Eat lightly. You will spend a portion of the session face down, and therefore, it may not be as comfortable with a full stomach. If you feel hungry before the session, feel free to have a piece of fruit or a light snack.
Make sure the massage space is an ideal size. It is important that your therapist has enough room to maneuver around the table. If you have any questions regarding the size of your space, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Start letting go. Let go of stress, anxiety, or anything that may be holding a negative space in your mind and body. Prepare yourself to be in a state of pure relaxation and bliss. After all, when you experience an AURA massage, you are sure to enter a space of calm and healing.
DO YOU HAVE TO COME TO MY HOME?
Ideally, your mobile massage experience should take place at your place of residence or at a location where you feel safe and comfortable. Please keep in mind that your location of choice should be a minimum of 6 x 9 feet. If you can lay down and spread your arms to each side and above your head without encountering furniture, you have found the perfect spot... and your therapist will thank you.
Should you prefer to have your massage experience at a facility, I would be delighted to have you visit me at Massage Heights - Ward Parkway. Non-members can book their first session at a discounted introductory rate. Additional sessions will incur the non-member rate, unless you opt to become a member of Massage Heights.
